			<description>Among the observations made in the FTC Futures Forum at the World Championship is that there is a &quot;huge learning curve&quot; in understanding how to use ProEngineer. One observation noted that it takes about 40 hours to model parts and learn how to make them, although PTC has, in fact, released an FTC kit of parts for modeling use in ProE.
